Lighter Footprints – Community Climate Action

Join us on Wednesday 22 November at The Arbour, Box Hill Community Centre – your opportunity to listen to our State MPs and community climate leaders, and to ask them questions. We can do this together!
Clean energy, healthy transport, electric homes, green spaces – climate action will help us lower energy bills, protect our health and future and create local jobs. What does it mean to be a good neighbour and support each other to lower emissions? Hear from State MPs and climate activists in our neighbourhood.
What would it be like with more charging points and EVs on our streets? How can communities and the State government foster the shift to electric homes, and encourage walking, cycling and more public transport? What about electric bus manufacturing in Victoria? More retrofits? How do we work together to encourage a shift to clean, efficient electric homes?
More widely, how can Australia be a good neighbour in the Pacific on climate?
